More people than ever before are realising the benefits of holistic therapies.  With today's hectic lifestyles many of us are suffering from stress and tension.  If this stress is not dealt with, it can eventually make us become ill.  Regular treatments of holistic therapies can help relieve symptoms brought about by stress.

I currently offer the following therapies:

      *   Indian Head Massage
      *   Reflexology
      *   Reiki
      *   Body Massage
      *   Thermal Auricular Therapy

and am currently training to be a Master Herbalist.

Gift vouchers are available for all therapies.

I also work at Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology one morning a week doing simple hand and foot massage for cancer patients and their carers.  This work is done on a voluntary basis.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and am fully qualified in all of the therapies offered.

In March 2008 I worked alongside Kath Cooper, a Reiki Master, to form Alternative Complementary Therapies (ACT).  This was a funded pilot scheme based in Woodchurch and the aim was to raise residents' awareness of the benefits of holistic therapies and also to improve their health in general.  The scheme proved to be very successful with many people benefiting from our therapies.  After our funding finished we continued to offer these therapies at a discount to all residents of Woodchurch and the patients of the Heatherlands Medical Centre.  After 13 months I finished my work there to concentrate on other commitments, though the scheme continued for a while after my departure.

The clinic is situated near Moreton Cross, between Glebelands Road and Kingston Close, next to the Moreton Medical Centre and opposite Winston Grove.

Missed appointments will be charged at the full cost of the treatment that was booked.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will also be subject to a charge.

Home visits are available to anywhere on the Wirral for those who cannot attend the clinic.  For reasons of safety home visits to men are on recommendation only.  There is a £5 charge for home visits of over 5 miles from the clinic.
